Roof and drainage observations

Review visible roof and drainage-area conditions before planning maintenance or closer inspection. Useful for property and maintenance projects involving hard-to-reach areas.

Plan the next step around your needs.

Organise photographs of roof surfaces, outlets and other areas of interest, with annotations for the team to follow up. Closer inspection or testing can be discussed in light of the observations.

Common questions

Can the images confirm a blocked outlet?

Images may show surface debris, standing water or other anomalies. Hidden areas and pipe interiors need separate checks, and drainage performance cannot be confirmed from aerial photographs alone.

Will someone need access to the roof?

This depends on the site, take-off and landing locations and the work required. Roof or other access may still be needed, so access arrangements are reviewed first.
