Before-and-after photography
What has changed at the same location? Record visible conditions before and after maintenance for clearer discussions and a useful reference later.
Plan the next step around your needs.
Agree on key positions, viewpoints and timing, then organise paired photographs. Where repair performance needs assessment, suitable tests can be discussed separately.

Common questions
Can photographs serve as final acceptance of repairs?
Photographs support discussion of visible changes but do not confirm concealed work or waterproofing performance. Acceptance criteria, tests and sign-off requirements should be agreed under the works contract.
Can we proceed without an earlier shoot?
Existing photographs can be reviewed before arranging current-condition photography. Differences in angle, lighting or clarity are noted when making comparisons.
